法治宣传进校园

护航青春助成长

为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，加强学生的法律和安全意识，让学生学会运用法律武器保护自己，树立安全第一的观念，近日，山东高密柴沟小学开展了2023年春季学期“开学第一课”法治宣传进校园活动。

本次活动由柴沟小学党支部副书记高培立主持，出席今天活动的有：柴沟镇党委政法武装委员管鹏同志，柴沟镇副镇长刘琪同志，柴沟小学校长蔡宏伟同志，柴沟中心学校禚召军同志，柴沟镇妇联副主席魏贞淑同志，山东子伦律师事务所高级合伙人、市委党校特聘教授潘美辰律师，柴沟小学部分师生代表。

潘美辰律师为大家上了一堂生动的普法课。围绕高空抛物、宠物饲养、民事行为能力人的年龄界定、竞技类体育活动受伤如何界定责任等问题，潘律师进行了细致的讲解。这堂普法课，确实让大家增长了很多法律知识。

听了潘律师的普法讲解，青年教师王玲玲感触颇深。她呼吁青年教师增强辨别是非、自我控制能力，正确对待所遇到的各种纠纷。提醒学生们勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。
