《西游记》是明代吴承恩创作的中国古代第一部浪漫主义章回体长篇神魔小说，达到了古代长篇浪漫主义小说的巅峰，也是中国古典四大名著之一。学生对《西游记》曲折生动的故事情节、精彩纷呈的人物、天马行空的想象非常感兴趣，他们通过每周一节阅读课、每天两回目阅读摘抄、创意作业、讲经典故事等多种方式掌握阅读方法、提升阅读能力和素养。
